Box Office Information
The Regions Arena Box Office will open with limited hours closer to the venue's grand opening. Until then, tickets for all announced events are available online only through the official ticket links on each event page.

Ticketmaster
Purchase your tickets anytime at www.ticketmaster.com or simply click on the “Buy Tickets” link located next to the event of your choice. This will take you directly to the event on the official Ticketmaster website.
Mobile Entry
Please note that Regions Arena events are mobile-only ticketing which means for ticket purchases, your mobile phone is your ticket. Tickets will no longer be available to print at home, through email or by mail. Screenshots will also NOT work when scanning your tickets.
Before arriving at your event, please download the Ticketmaster app on your mobile device and locate your tickets in your account. Save your tickets in your mobile wallet on your phone before arriving at the venue. Upon arrival, you will pull up your tickets from your mobile wallet, present them to the ticket scanner who will scan the barcode, and you’re in.
Avoid Scams
Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket-selling agent for the Regions Arena. Regions Arena cannot be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source. The Regions Arena will not honor counterfeit, duplicate and other invalid tickets. The venue strongly recommends only purchasing event tickets through Ticketmaster and the venue Box Office. Avoid scams by only purchasing through Ticketmaster and avoid third–party ticketing sites. The Regions Arena cannot be responsible for payments or refunds through non-authorized sources.
All sales are final, and there are no exchanges or refunds. Prices, shows, schedules or artists are subject to change. All tickets subject to additional fees.
Where can I purchase tickets to events at Regions Arena?
Tickets for Regions Arena events can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com or by using the Ticketmaster App on your mobile device. Until the Regions Arena Box Office opens, all ticket sales are online only.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
All ticket sales are final across all points-of-purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be honored once the transaction is complete. In the event of postponement or cancellation, an exception may be made and ticket-holders will be notified directly.
I purchased tickets from another website. Can you tell me if they're valid?
Regions Arena Box Office and Ticketmaster are the only authorized ticket vendors for all events taking place at Regions Arena. Tickets purchased from any other source may not be valid. Regions Arena is not able to guarantee to be able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market, you may run the risk of purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
The only authorized ticket resale service for Regions Arena event tickets is Ticketmaster’s Ticket Exchange. Ticket Exchange is an online service that enables premium and fan-to-fan transactions. More information on Ticket Exchange.
How do I access my tickets?
To offer enhanced convenience and safety, mobile-only ticketing will provide contactless entry to Regions Arena for all events. Your mobile phone is your ticket. Printouts or screenshots will not work.
How do I transfer my tickets?
Transferring tickets is easy and convenient:
1. Open the Ticketmaster app
2. Head to the “My Events” tab and find the event you are transferring tickets for.
3. Tap on “Transfer”
4. Select the tickets you’d like to transfer and tap “Transfer to”
5. Enter your recipient’s information, including their mobile number or email address and an optional note.
6. TIP: If a mobile number is entered, a link to claim the ticket will open within a text message–all you need to do is press send! If an email address is entered, a link to claim the ticket is sent via an email message.
7. Tap Transfer Ticket.
8. Your transfer is complete! When your recipient has accepted them, the ticket will show as claimed. You will receive an email confirming the ticket has been accepted by your recipient. After a successful transfer, the ticket is no longer valid for entry from your account.
Note: While transfer is available for most events, there are certain instances when it is not available.
How do I accept tickets that have been transferred to me?
Accept Tickets via Email:
1. Tap the Accept Tickets link in your email.
2. Log in or create a new account. Be sure to use the email address that the tickets were sent to. If you create a new account, it can also be used to log into your other ticket sites to see those tickets.
3. View your tickets by tapping View Tickets or by going to My Events.
Accept Tickets via Text:
1. Tap the Login link in your text messages.
2. Log in or create a new account.
3. View your tickets by tapping View Tickets or by going to My Events.
What is the age policy? (Does my child need a ticket?)
For most events, children under 2 years do not require a ticket to be admitted, however, they must sit on an adult’s lap and may not occupy a seat. Any child who has reached their second birthday will require a ticket to enter the arena and must occupy their ticketed seat. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) may have a different age policy. Any events varying from our age policy will be clearly indicated on the event listing and ticketing pages.
